Terms + Conditions

Sodus Bay Serenity LLC terms and conditions include the following:

• Short term vacation rentals offered per packages indicated.

• All rentals require a written lease agreement defining terms & conditions of your tenancy.

• Only lease tenants and declared guests are allowed on premises and property.

• NO pets of any type are allowed in home, premises, or on property.

• Lease tenant acknowledges inherent risks of waterfront property as disclosed in Welcome Guide. There are many conditions beyond Sodus Bay Serenity LLC control that lease tenant & declared guests assume responsibility for upon entering premises and while on property.

• Sodus Bay Serenity LLC reserves right to enter premises for repairs, safety checks, maintenance, and inspections without prior notice.

• NO smoking or vaping allowed on premises.

• Lease tenant responsible for legal fees if Sodus Bay Serenity LLC has to take lease tenant to court to enforce agreement.

• Lease tenant is responsible for all damages and must vacate property / premises at lease end in “broom-clean” condition as required in Welcome Guide.
