POLICY REQUIREMENTS

All rentals require signing of a lease agreement and abiding by SBS Welcome Guide requirements.

All rentals require a $2,500 security deposit, which will be promptly refunded as long as there is no property damage, missing items, or lease violations.

Grounds and exterior of property is monitored & recorded with multiple remote cameras including video capabilities.

This property is absolutely a No-Party Zone and all illegal activities including underage drinking / drug use are NOT allowed.

Our practice includes regular inspections as well as intermittent property inspections as allowed by NY State law.

Rental tenants will be responsible for any property damages and lease violations via complete forfeiture of security deposit.

Peak Season is May - September annually.
